* Introducing Meet a Stranger on chatrooms
Use command Stranger/1 or 0 for Enable/Disable.
Use Command C to begin chat with stranger.
* Introducing CRICKET game
Use Cricket/1 or 0 To Enable/Disable Game
Use .T1 And .T2 Command to join teams
* ANTI NONE Users ; A New Flood Banning Scheme
Use AN/1 or 0 for Enable/Disable.
This will ban all flood ids when they joins to room.
* Numeric ID bans
Use NB/1 or 0 to Enable Disable
