WARNING!!!
This is intended as a warning to users/room owners & moderators of NImbuzz who violate “Nimbuzzs’ Terms of Use”, or abuse/misuse the system for putting out/distributing or forwarding pornographic material; someone else’s nude or otherwise offensive pictures or use other abusive material and / or hate content or very abusive language directed at anyone, race, gender, religious affiliation or the establishment/any authority through their User Accounts using their own IDs or through some other fake/false or invented ID and / or by Ha**ck*!ng other Nimbuzz user’s IDs or through chat rooms on “Nimbuzz”. Nimbuzz will block all accounts of such users who violate the terms of use and will not permit such operation of user accounts.
All third party softwares are banned in Nimbuzz. If found, necessary action will be taken.
Chat Room owners and/or moderators are advised not to endorse or allow their Chat Rooms to be used for such offensive usage or behaviour, otherwise they may face the shutting down of their Chat Rooms and possible auctioning or re-allocation of the room
Such violative and abusive behaviour which may constitute a criminal offense / cyber crime offense under the relevant Information Technology/Internet Act of any jurisdiction and violators may also face criminal action against them by the State.
