as I understood, you mean the file is not direct exe, and did not scanned.

if you mean that, I am not the developer of this application but I downloaded it and my antivirus reported that it is clean (avast! 2015 premium)

if you mean this link is not direct, it is direct link (even it does not redirect to timer(12345)

however this has happened and it has removed
